Documentation Update: No Changes to Your Notes or Usability

At Note My Life, we believe in clear communication, even about changes you won't see as a user. Recently, we updated a set of internal documents used by our team. These files guide our internal tools and help us maintain consistency when we build new features. They do not interact with your notes, reminders, or any other part of the app that you use every day.

What we shipped

Our team uses behind-the-scenes documents to keep terminology precise and to avoid confusion as we plan and track improvements. We noticed some of these files were outdated or missing details. For example, one file listed glossary and decision docs under folders that no longer exist, while another set was missing a simple list our team references when organizing ideas. We’ve now corrected these, pointing our team’s tools toward the right folders and adding a missing reference list for internal labels.

We also fixed a numbering mix-up in our internal records, which helps keep our own project discussions clear. None of these changes touched the app itself. No features, reminders, categories, notification settings, or privacy options were adjusted. The app you use stayed exactly as it was; there are no new behaviors to try or settings to adjust.
