We started Note My Life so people could capture their lessons, reflections, and hard-won insights in one place. To support the product for the long term, we are introducing a single, clear subscription with a 30-day free trial, so you can experience the full product before you decide to stay.

What we shipped

1. 30-Day Full-Feature Free Trial Every new member now starts with 30 days of unlimited access the moment you complete registration and confirm your trial checkout. There is no note limit and you get everything: unlimited notes, voice capture, AI-assisted organization, and automatic email reminders.

2. One Paid Plan, Two Options When your trial ends, you choose either monthly or annual billing. The monthly plan is $14.99 USD per month. The annual plan is $119.88 USD (saving you $60 per year, or $9.99/month average). No extra tiers, no in-app add-ons, and you can cancel any time. All pricing is clear and shown up front.

3. New Transparent Pricing and Billing Pages A dedicated pricing page details exactly what’s included, with clear answers to every common question. During registration, you go straight to a checkout managed by Clerk and Stripe. Your payment is handled securely. On sign-up, the checkout page will show trust labels: Secure billing by Clerk + Stripe, Notes encrypted, and Cancel any time.

4. Control Your Subscription Once registered, you can manage or cancel your subscription from the new billing section in your account at any time. If you cancel, you keep access through the trial or billing period. When your access ends, all your notes and reminders stay preserved and ready to return if you come back with a paid plan. No data is deleted just because a payment fails or you need a break.

5. Legacy Pro for Early Members Accounts created before the immutable production billing launch cutoff receive permanent full access with no checkout required.

6. Clear Customer Experience We removed confusing note limits and 'free forever' claims. Instead, it's a straight path: a real trial of every feature, then one subscription to continue, with transparent cancellation and privacy. All marketing and app copy has been updated so you always know what happens after 30 days.

7. Regional Support Paid registration is currently available to users in the United States. If your region is not supported yet, the app will let you know up front. We plan to open access to more countries soon.
