What we shipped
Delete your account for good
In Settings, under the Profile tab, you'll now find a new way to delete your account. When you choose to delete, everything is removed: your notes, reminders, saved lessons from ChatGPT, and categories. Your subscription stops at that moment, and no further payments are due. If you do not have an active subscription anymore, this choice is still available to you.
Before anything is removed, we make it clear what will happen. The app asks that you type the word DELETE exactly. No part of your account is erased until that step is complete. If your subscription cannot be canceled for any reason (such as a billing error), nothing is removed and you will see a clear message about what happened. If there’s an issue removing your login, your data is still erased and the app will explain what remains.
This new approach is designed to always leave you in control. If you decide to delete, everything associated with you is erased, and there’s nothing left to fix up.
Manage reminders easily from reminder emails
Every reminder email now includes a "Manage reminders" link at the bottom. Clicking that link takes you straight to the Reminders tab in your Settings. You can change how many reminders you get, stop them, or adjust your preferences, all without needing to remember where the setting lives.

For most people, things just keep working as you expect. If you want fewer reminders or none at all, it's now simple to make those changes. If you ever choose to leave, you can do so with a single action that removes all your information, ending your subscription and deleting your notes at once.
You stay in control, whether you're managing reminders or choosing to move on. Your data, your decision.
