Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Note My Life, operated by UltimateQA ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Note My Life. Questions go to info@ultimateqa.com.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your sign in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Subscriptions and the free trial

• New members start a 30 day free trial by finishing checkout. A payment method is collected when the trial starts, and the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial or billing period ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the trial or the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
• Without an active trial or subscription, your notes are kept but you cannot use the app until you renew.
• We may change prices with advance notice; a change applies from your next billing period.

Your notes belong to you

You own what you write. You give us permission to store, process, and display your notes only as needed to run Note My Life for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, for example to send your reminders or choose categories. We do not claim ownership of your notes or sell them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Note My Life to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• try to access another person's account or data;
• disrupt, overload, or probe the security of the service; or
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows.

ChatGPT and other services

The Note My Life plugin for ChatGPT lets ChatGPT read, save, and delete your notes when you ask it to. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI under its own terms, and we are not responsible for how OpenAI's services work. Answers and summaries that ChatGPT or automatic categories produce can be wrong; check anything important against your notes.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Note My Life, so features may change. We aim to keep it available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We will tell you about significant changes to these terms by email or in the app, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

Ending your account

You can stop using Note My Life at any time, and delete your account in Settings, Profile, or by emailing info@ultimateqa.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

Note My Life is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
